Foreign Minister receives call from Portuguese Foreign Minister

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi received a phone call from João Gomez Cravinho, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Portugal, during which they discussed bilateral relations and the continuing efforts to strengthen them in various fields.

Regarding the painful developments taking place in the Middle East region, the two Ministers stressed the importance of stopping the violence and escalation between the Palestinians and Israel and stopping all attacks against defenceless civilians.

They also agreed on the importance of working to remove the causes of tension and conflict by resuming the peace process.
