Foreign Minister receives Russian Deputy Foreign Minister

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi,  received in Muscat today Mikhail Bogdanov, Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Middle East and Africa.

The meeting took place during the Russian minister’s visit to the Sultanate of Oman to hold bilateral political talks.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed areas of mutual cooperation. They also exchanged views on various regional and international matters of common interest.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Diplomatic Affairs; Ilya Mourgunov, Russia's Ambassador to Oman and officials from both sides.
