Oman and Mexico hold talks
Oman and the United Mexican States held a session of political consultations at the Foreign Ministry in Muscat.
Oman was represented by Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs, while Mexico was represented by Deputy Foreign Minister María Teresa Mercado Perez.
The session discussed existing relations between the two friendly countries and affirmed their commitment to continuing the development of relations. They also addressed several regional and international issues of mutual interest.
The session was attended by Aníbal Gómez Toledo, Mexico's Ambassador to Oman; Dr Hanan Alshihi, Director of the Foreign Ministry's Americas Department, and Omani and Mexican officials.
