Oman's Foreign Minister meets UK Foreign Minister

Oman's Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, met in London today with Liz Truss, the UK Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs.

The meeting touched on the historical ties binding the Sultanate and the United Kingdom. The two sides stressed their keenness to continue promoting bilateral relations in various fields. They also underlined their interest in promoting joint cooperation, particularly in the economic and investment areas.

The two ministers also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common concern as they stressed the importance of maintaining the pillars of security and stability in all parts of the world.
