Sayyid Fahd heads Oman’s delegation at Arab-China Summit for Cooperation

On behalf of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, headed the Sultanate of Oman’s delegation at the Arab-China Summit for Cooperation and Development. The summit was held at King Abdul Aziz International Conference Center in Riyadh. It was attended by leaders and heads of delegations of Arab countries and the People’s Republic of China.

The summit discussed various topics, including the long standing relations between Arab countries and China, established since the times of the ancient Silk Road. It also dealt with the two sides efforts to establish a new partnership and comprehensive cooperation, with a view to promoting their common interests.

The official delegation of the Sultanate of Oman comprises Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Foreign Minister; Dr Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saidi, Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs; Dr Said bin Mohammed Al Saqri, Minister of Economy; His Highness Sayyid Faisal bin Turki Al Said, Oman’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Abdullah bin Nasser Al Rahbi, Oman’s Ambassador to Egypt and its Permanent Representative at the Arab League; Abdullah bin Khalfan Al Balushi, Head of the Private Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, and other officials.
