Foreign Minister meets Serbian Foreign Minister

Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman, received Ivica Dacic, First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Serbia, at the headquarters of the Oman’s permanent delegation to the United Nations in New York, on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.

During the meeting, the two Ministers discussed bilateral cooperation and ways to enhance it. They also exchanged viewpoints on current regional and international issues of common interest.

Within the framework of strengthening relations between Oman and Serbia, two memoranda of understanding were signed. The first between the Sultanate's Foreign Ministry and the Foreign Ministry of Serbia regarding political consultations, and the second between the diplomatic academies of the two ministries on cooperation in the fields of diplomatic studies and training.
