Uzbekistan: Oman Investment Authority Chairman meets Prime Minister

The President of Oman’s Investment Authority, Abdul Salam Al Murshidi, met with Uzbekistan’s Prime Minister, Abdulla Aripov, and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance, Jamshid Kuchkarov.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.

The meeting discussed opportunities for cooperation particularly expanding joint projects, mutual collaboration in the banking and financial sectors and improving logistics services.

The Chairman was accompanied by a delegation including Oman’s Ambassador to Uzbekistan, AlSayyida Wafa Jabr Nasser Albusaidi.
