Dr Saud Alhabsi, Minister of Agricultural, Fisheries and Water Resources, took part in the opening of the International Fisheries and Aquaculture Exhibition (SIPA 2025) held in Oran, in the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.

The minister was received by Ibrahim Ouchene, Governor of Oran, and Saif Albadaai, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Algeria, along with a number of Algerian officials.

Oman’s participation in this international event reflects its keenness to strengthen cooperation in the fields of fisheries and aquaculture and to exchange expertise with friendly and brotherly countries.
