His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 72/2026 appointing Talal bin Sulaiman bin Habib Alrahbi, Oman’s Ambassador to the United States of America, as Oman’s non-resident Ambassador to the United Mexican States, Canada, the Republic of Cuba and the Dominican Republic. His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 72/2026 appointing Talal bin Sulaiman bin Habib Alrahbi, Oman’s Ambassador to the United States of America, as Oman’s non-resident Ambassador to the United Mexican States, Canada, the Republic of Cuba and the Dominican Republic.

Article 1 states that Talal bin Sulaiman bin Habib Al Rahbi, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the United States of America, shall be appointed as Oman’s Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary non-resident Ambassador to the United Mexican States, Canada, the Republic of Cuba and the Dominican Republic.

Article 2 says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
