The Ministers reviewed relations between Oman and Cyprus and explored ways to advance cooperation.

Michael Damianos, Minister of Health in Cyprus, received Mohammed Abdullah Awadh Alnahdi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Republic of Cyprus. They discussed strengthening relations between the two countries in the fields of medicine and health.

Ambassador Mohammed Alnahdi, Head of Oman’s Mission to Cyprus, took part in a meeting of the Heads of Missions of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states in the Republic of Cyprus, held at the Embassy of the State of Qatar. The meeting was held to express solidarity and discuss matters of mutual interest.

Ambassador Mohammed Alnahdi, Head of Oman’s Mission to the Republic of Cyprus, met with Marilena Raouna Deputy Foreign Minster for European Affairs. The meeting explored ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries across various fields. It also discussed a range of regional and international issues of mutual interest.

An agreement on taxation was signed on the sidelines of the meeting.

These celebrations reflected Oman’s commitment to strengthening diplomatic ties and promoting Omani culture.

His Majesty welcomed the Ambassadors, extending his best wishes for their success in fulfilling their duties.

The Minister wished them success in their duties and hoped for further progress in relations.
