The Head of the Sultanate of Oman’s Mission to Ethio, Dr Afkar Al Farsipia , met with Dr Zeleke Temesgen, Commissioner of the Ethiopian Investment Commission. The meeting reviewed prospects for cooperation between the two countries in trade, investment and the economy. It also identified priority opportunities and sectors for investment.    

At the invitation of the Mayor of Chaggar, and as part of the embassy’s economic diplomacy activities, Oman’s Ambassador to Ethiopia, Dr Afkar Alfarsi, visited several sites designated for the development of investment projects. Ambassador Dr Afkar Alfarsi, Head of Oman’s Mission in Addis Ababa, received representatives from the DOCHBEN Group. The meeting featured a fruitful discussion during which views were exchanged on a number of topics of mutual interest.
