His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik<\/a>, gave an audience at the Al Barakah Palace to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain<\/a>.<\/p>\n

At the outset of the audience, His Majesty welcomed His Royal Highness the guest, expressing his delight at this gracious visit.<\/p>\n

For his part, the guest expressed his sincere greetings and appreciation to His Majesty for the warm welcome and generous hospitality.<\/p>\n

His Royal Highness the Crown Prince also conveyed the greetings of King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain<\/a> to His Majesty, along with his best wishes for good health and happiness. The King of Bahrain also wished the Omani people further progress and prosperity.<\/p>\n

His Majesty in turn asked His Royal Highness to convey his greetings and best wishes to the King of Bahrain. His Majesty also wished the people of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.<\/p>\n

The audience reviewed aspects of cooperation and partnership between Oman and Bahrain, and ways to promote them to serve their joint interests. The audience also saw an exchange of views on regional and international developments.<\/p>\n

The audience was attended from Oman by His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs;<\/a> Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Albusaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court; Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal Albusaidi, Minister of Interior, Sultan bin Salim Al Habsi, Minister of Finance; Dr Hamad bin Said Al Aufi, Head of the Private Office; Sheikh Al Fadhl bin Mohammed Al Harthy, Secretary General of the Council of Ministers; Dr Hilal bin Ali Al Sabti, Minister of Health;<\/a> and Anwar bin Hilal Al Jabri, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion.<\/p>\n
