Sheikh Al Abbas bin Ibrahim bin Hamad Alharthi, the Sultanate of Oman\u2019s Ambassador to Malaysia.<\/p>\n<p>2. Yousuf bin Ahmed bin Hamad Aljabri, Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Republic of Austria.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dr Mohammed bin Said bin Khalifa Albusaidi, Oman\u2019s Ambassador to Japan.<\/p>\n<p>4. Dr Saleh bin Amer bin Harith Alkharousi, Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the State of Kuwait.<\/p>\n<p>5. Sayyid Turki bin Mahmoud bin Ali Albusaidi, Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Syrian Arab Republic.<\/p>\n<p>Article 2 transfers Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Saleh Albahrani, Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan and appoints him as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Republic of Iraq.<\/p>\n<p>Article 3 makes the following appointments:<\/p>\n<p>1. Sheikh Nasser bin Sulaiman bin Hamad Alharthy is appointed as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n<p>2. Faisal bin Omar bin Said Al Marhoon is appointed as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Syrian Arab Republic.<\/p>\n<p>Article 4 grants the following positions and makes the following appointments:<\/p>\n<p>1. Ali bin Ahmed bin Salim Alshanfari is granted the position of Ambassador and is appointed as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the State of Kuwait.<\/p>\n<p>2. Anwar bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Muqaibal is granted the position of Ambassador and is appointed as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the People\u2019s Republic of China.<\/p>\n<p>3. Yaqoub bin Badr bin Ali Alruqaishi is granted the position of Ambassador and is appointed as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Republic of Sudan.<\/p>\n<p>4. Salim bin Habib bin Salam Alomairi is granted the position of Ambassador and is appointed as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Republic of Somalia.<\/p>\n<p>5. Salim bin Saud bin Salim Alhabsi is granted the position of Ambassador and is appointed as Oman\u2019s Extraordinary Ambassador to the Republic of Austria.<\/p>\n<p>6. Rashid bin Ali bin Humaid Al Badi is granted the position of Ambassador and is appointed as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Republic of Senegal.<\/p>\n<p>7. Engineer Hatim bin Hilal bin Ali Alyaqoubi is granted the position of Ambassador and is appointed as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to Malaysia.<\/p>\n<p>8. Aseela bint Nasser bin Zaid Al Kayoumi is granted the position of Ambassador and is appointed as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to Japan.<\/p>\n<p>9.
