Foreign Minister meets US Special Envoy for Yemen in New York

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi met in New York with the US Special Envoy for Yemen, Tim Lenderking, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly.

They reviewed efforts to support the peace process in Yemen as well as humanitarian efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.

Sayyid Badr reiterated Oman's consistent stance in supporting political dialogue as the path to achieving stability, peace and harmony in Yemen.
