Head of Protocol presents commission to the Honorary Consul of Peru in Muscat

Ambassador Najib Albalushi, Head of the Foreign Ministry's Protocol Department, presented Maqbool Hussain bin Musa Al Lawati with a commission appointing him as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Peru in Muscat, wishing him success in carrying his duties.
