Hamood bin Salim bin Abdullah Altowaiya, Oman's Ambassador to the Russian Federation, received Rahmatovich Mammadov, the Special Representative of the Russian Federation's Foreign Minister for Cooperation with the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation and other Islamic organisations.
