His Majesty receives message from Indian Prime Minister
His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has received a written message from Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of the Republic of India.
The message deals with various aspects of cooperation between Oman and India, in the context of the strong relations binding the two countries.
His Majesty received the message when he gave an audience to Ajit Doval, the Indian National Security Advisor, at Al Baraka Palace today.
During the meeting, Mr Doval conveyed to His Majesty the greetings of the Indian Prime Minister, along with his wishes for progress and prosperity for Oman.
His Majesty asked Mr Doval to convey his greetings to Prime Minister Modi, as well as His Majesty’s wishes for further progress and prosperity for the Indian Republic.
During the meeting, His Majesty and Mr Doval reviewed relations between Oman and India. They also explored ways of expanding these relations in all fields and exchanged views on various issues of common interest.
The audience was attended by General Sultan Mohammed Al Nomani, Minister of the Royal Office.
