Telephone call between Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi and US Secretary of State

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi received a phone call this evening from his US counterpart, Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

They discussed a number of current issues of common concern, in particular efforts to bring an end to the war in Yemen, and to foster a dialogue towards a political settlement to bring lasting peace, security, and stability.

Both sides also affirmed their resolve to continue consultations and cooperation towards achieving peace for the benefit of all.
