Kuwait: Embassy holds reception on National Day

The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman to the State of Kuwait held a reception on the 53rd National Day, in the Badriya Hall of the Jumeirah Hotel, hosted by Dr Saleh Amer Alkharusi, Oman's Ambassador to Kuwait.

The ceremony was attended by Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al Jaber Al Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, representing the Kuwaiti government.

The event was also attended by members of the ruling family and senior officials in the Kuwaiti government, including ministers and advisors in the Amiri Diwan. Also present were members of the Kuwaiti National Assembly and members of the diplomatic and consular corps, as well as a large gathering of prominent Kuwaiti figures and business executives, figures from the press, media and television and a number of citizens and students residing in Kuwait.
