Minister meets Romanian Foreign Minister

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi held a meeting with Luminița Odobescu, the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Romania, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

The meeting focused on ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and explored potential areas of cooperation in the fields of economy, culture and education.

The two Ministers also discussed regional and international issues of mutual concern, including current security challenges. They affirmed their support for efforts aimed at promoting peace and stability in the region and the world, emphasising the importance of dialogue and peaceful solutions in addressing security challenges.
