His Majesty receives letter sent by Iranian President
His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a written message from President Dr Ebrahim Raisi of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
It was handed over to His Majesty by Dr Hossein Amir Abdollahian, Iranian Foreign Minister when his Majesty granted him an audience at Al Barakah Palace today.
The message deals with cooperation between Oman and Iran in various fields.
The Minister conveyed greetings of the Iranian President to His Majesty and the Omani people.
His Majesty in turn asked the Minister to convey his sincere sentiments to President Raisi and the people of Iran.
During the audience, areas of joint cooperation in various fields were reviewed. Viewpoints were also exchanged regarding regional and international developments.
It was attended by Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Oman's Foreign Minister and Ali Najafi Koshroudi, Iran's Ambassador to Iran and the delegation accompanying the Iranian Minister.
