Oman welcomes statement of UN Secretary-General’s Envoy for Yemen

The Foreign Ministry has expressed the Sultanate of Oman's welcome for the statement issued by the Office of the United Nations Special Envoy for Yemen regarding the agreement reached by the Yemeni parties on procedures related to Yemen Airways and the banking sector.

The Foreign Ministry affirms Oman's continuing support for all UN efforts aimed at signing a roadmap towards peace and reaching a lasting and comprehensive political solution in Yemen that fulfils the aspirations of its people for security, stability, development and prosperity.
