Fatma has a BSc in Physics and is studying an MBA at the University of Strathclyde, UK. She has been an entrepreneur since she launched a project to develop the local entrepreneurship culture in 2013.
Fatma has mentored more than twenty startup programmes, mostly through her company, Aljabr. She is a member of several local and international initiatives such as the Youth Advisory Shadow Board for Renaissance Services, the Youth Sector Development Group with Oman Vision 2040, UK-Oman Digital Hub, and UNICEF Youth Advisory Board for Generation Unlimited.
