Iffat has worked in hospitality since 2013. In her current role, she trains chef students, conducts their theory classes and delivers culinary courses. She is renowned within the institute for her bakery and patisserie skills.
The National Hospitality Institute is one of Oman’s most important vocational training centres. It aims to change lives and empower the local workforce through preparing Omanis for careers in hospitality, travel, and retail.
