Oman and Republic of Korea hold official talks
An official session of talks between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Korea was held at the Foreign Ministry today.
The Omani side was chaired by Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs, while the Korean side was chaired by Second Vice Foreign Minister Choi Jong-moon.
The session reviewed the bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries and exchanged views on regional and international issues of common concern. and for the mark, the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations (since 1974), the Sultanate and the Republic of Korea pledged to take up their joint cooperation into wider spheres of partnership.
The session was also attended by a number of officials from the foreign ministries of both countries.
