Sayyid Asaad receives Uzbek Foreign Minister

In the service of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, His Highness Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Special Representative of His Majesty, received Bakhtiyor Saidov, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The meeting reviewed the existing cooperation between the two friendly countries and ways to develop and enhance it in various fields to serve the mutual interests of the two countries and their peoples. It also discussed several matters of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, along with the Secretary General and the Advisor in His Highness’s office, as well as Abdusalam Hatamov, Uzbekistan's Ambassador to Oman, and the delegation accompanying the honoured guest.
