The Ministers reviewed the implementation of decisions made by the GCC's Supreme Council, aimed at enhancing joint Gulf action.
The meeting agreed on the importance of collective responsibility and cooperation to eradicate terrorism and hate ideology.
The meeting covered the partnership between the GCC and US and cooperation in the political and economic fields
Sayyid Asaad delivered a speech welcoming the resumption of the active participation of Syria in the Arab League.
Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi chaired Oman’s delegation to the meeting ahead of the 32nd Arab Summit.
Oman appreciated the role played by many parties in reaching the agreement, notably the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America.
The message was received by His Highness Sayyid Asaad bin Tariq Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister and Personal Representative of His Majesty.
The Ministry thanked both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt for their help in carrying out the evacuation operation.
