UAE: Embassy celebrates National Day

The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in the United Arab Emirates celebrated the 53rd National Day with Dr Ahmed bin Hilal Albusaidi, Oman’s Ambassador to the UAE, hosting a reception in Abu Dhabi.

The Ambassador delivered a speech in which he praised the relations between Oman and the UAE, as a deep and established brotherhood based on trust and mutual respect working to promote the security, stability and prosperity of the region and the world.

The ceremony was attended by His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; His Highness Sheikh Surur bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister for Tolerance and Coexistence and Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Chief of the Court of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.

The ceremony was also attended by Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, President of the Emirates Modern Sailing and Rowing Federation; Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan; Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a number of senior officials and heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic missions accredited to the United Arab Emirates.
